Students of the Month

Elementary School
Jackson.PNGOur primary student of the month: 2nd grader Jackson McPherson. Jackson is an outstanding student for many reasons! He truly is a friend to everyone and tries to help others make good choices.  He's one of the kindest and most sincere students I've ever met. He is determined to do his best. He is very hard working and masters nearly every goal he sets for himself because of his work ethic and determination.

Jillian.PNGOur intermediate student of the month: 5th grader Jillian Kriech. From the first day she walked into my class two years ago, she has had a wonderful, positive attitude in class.  She never has a negative comment toward peers, but rather offers encouraging comments and support on a regular basis.  She is excited to be in class, and that eagerness and attitude is contagious among her fellow classmates.  She takes her studies very seriously and shows great work ethic and responsibility on a consistent basis.

Middle School

Jacob.PNGThe middle school student of the month is Jacob Bradley.  Jacob is a 6th grader and is a phenomenal student who always tries his best.  He helps out other students in class and is a pleasure to teach.  Jacob has a great personality, especially when he dressed up as “Jake from State Farm” for Halloween.  Jacob’s favorite part about school is having Mr. Swafford and Mr. Crone as teachers.  Outside of school, Jacob enjoys helping his dad fix and work on automobiles. Congratulations Jacob!

High School

raquel.PNGThe High School student of the month is senior Raquel Herrera- Garza.  Raquel is an active participant in SADD Club, Quiz Bowl, and Varsity Track.  She was one of the leading members of SADD club’s Safe Halloween event volunteering her time every day of the week leading up to it. She enjoys talking with people and getting to know them. Raquel plans to go to college and major in International Studies. She spends time reading and watching documentaries about almost anything, especially other cultures.
